Social Development
Social Development is a community enhancement platform that has 4 programs in place for the betterment of the community. We employ over 35 Alexander Band members with consistent and ongoing employment.

Our on reserve mandate is to provide support & financial assistance to help clients develop skills for future employment.
The new program has been in place since July 2004. This program provides support to On-Reserve Community members, our focus is to enable access to skill development, training and employment opportunities.
Rates for assistance are according to category, family size, and family composition.
Intake process includes potential applicant completing and Employment Readiness Assessment Form
