Patient Transportation Coordinator

Coordinates the transportation program, the services as well as the Medi-van and Handi Bus. Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the transportation for the clients. Transportation is booked 2 weeks in advance prior to drives.

Alexander Health Services has 2 Full Time Drivers that transports clients to and from appointments on a daily basis Monday- Friday (9:00am to 3:00pm). There are some exceptions made for early or late appointments, depending on urgency.

We also staff a Part-time driver who is always available in the absence of the drivers, or as required.
